The Ohio CCIM Chapter is pleased to offer two continuing education Ward Courses on Monday, June 8 in conjunction with CI-102 scheduled for June 9–12. Learn about driving revenue with Intellisite (formerly Site to Do Business) in the morning and in the afternoon get a practical, hands-on introduction to using AI in commercial real estate. Each class is $75, bundle and take both for $125. Attendance is limited to 25 per class. Don’t delay, reserve your seat now.

Intellisite (formerly Site to Do Business) is only available to CCIM members, but tickets for non-members have been added so office administrators and assistants can take advantage of the instruction. 

Using Intellisite to Drive Revenue: Use Cases

Course Description
This course equips commercial real estate professionals with practical, revenue-generating strategies using the recently upgraded and rebranded Intellisite.com (formerly Site To Do Business). Participants will move beyond basic navigation to learn how Intellisite’s data layers, mapping tools, and analytics can be applied to real-world scenarios—from site selection and tenant prospecting to market analysis and client presentations. Through live demonstrations and hands-on exercises using actual CRE use cases, attendees will leave with immediately actionable workflows to win more business and serve clients at a higher level.


Course Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:

  • Navigate the Intellisite platform with proficiency and identify the data layers most relevant to revenue-generating CRE activities.
  • Apply Intellisite’s demographic and market data tools to evaluate sites, identify underserved markets, and support investment decisions.
  • Demonstrate how to use Database USA and Business Analyst features to prospect for tenants, validate demand, and build client-ready reports.
  • Evaluate commercial sites using Intellisite’s basic and advanced analysis tools to produce data-backed recommendations for clients and stakeholders.
  • Create compelling, data-driven presentations and deliverables using Intellisite outputs to differentiate their services and close more business.

Leveraging AI for Speed and Excellence in CRE

This course provides commercial real estate professionals with a practical, hands-on introduction to leveraging artificial intelligence tools for faster, higher-quality work. Rather than theoretical discussion, participants will see live demonstrations and work through real CRE scenarios using AI tools for strategic thinking, market research, client communications, presentation creation, and workflow automation. Attendees will leave with specific, battle-tested workflows they can deploy immediately to compress timelines, elevate their deliverables, and gain a competitive edge in their markets.
